Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering Services was established in 2007 as a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.
ADCE organically grew its portfolio from the construction management of residential and commercial buildings in accordance with the Government of Abu Dhabi’s Financing Scheme (DSSCB) before moving on to oversee projects financed by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, such as the latest iconic project: The Etihad Towers.In 2011, ADCE prudently ventured into portfolio diversification by providing property development services for large housing and mixed-use developments, including design and full property development.By the second quarter of 2011, ADCE’s portfolio included more than 200 completed projects in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, more than 150 projects under construction and more than 350 projects at various stages of design.
